• Change of the company name for AGE Commodity Trading Co., Ltd. to AGE Leasing Co., Ltd. The business objective was changed from sourcing, distributing, and exporting products for industrial plants and others to leasing operations. The registered capital was increased from 1 million baht to 50 million baht and Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited holding 100% of shares.
• Approved AGE Leasing Company Limited (a subsidiary company) to purchase 22,000 ordinary shares in Thun Tham Dee Co.,Ltd.at a par value of 100 baht per share, representing approximately 55 percent of the issued and fully paid capital. After the transaction, Thunn Tham Dee Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary of Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited.
• The Company received the Thailand Sustainability Investment 2022 (THSI Awards) from The Stock Exchange of Thailand considered for the 5th consecutive year.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received the CSR–DIW CONTINUOUS AWARD for the year of 2022 in the field of community and society participation (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the Ministry of Industry.

• AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) and Suwan Kleawthong Co., Ltd. jointly established a joint venture company named AGE Port Service Co., Ltd. to operate a port service business, cargo handling service, and warehouse storage and rental services. The registered capital is 90 million baht, with AGE Terminal Company Limited holding 75 percent and Suwan Kleawthong Company Limited holding 25 percent.
• Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited offering debentures a credit limit not exceeding 2,000 million baht. The debentures were name-registered, unsubordinated, unsecured, and the debenture holders representative and the debenture issuer had the right to redeem the debentures before maturity.
• Set up a subsidiary named AGE Agri Trading Co., Ltd. to operate the business of sourcing, distributing and exporting agricultural products with a registered capital of 1 million baht and Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited holding 100% of shares.
• Set up a subsidiary named AGE Commodity Trading Co., Ltd. to operate the business of sourcing, distributing, and exporting products for industrial factories and others with the registered capital of 1 million baht and Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited holding 100% of shares.
• The Company received the Thailand Sustainability Investment 2021 (THSI Awards) from The Stock Exchange of Thailand considered for the 4th consecutive year.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received the 2021 CSR-DIW CONTINUOUS AWARDS from the Ministry of Industry. Types of contributions to the community and society Consecutively for 10 years.
• A.G.E. Transport Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of AGE) received Thailand Energy Awards 2021 in the category of outstanding energy conservation in transportation category from the Ministry of Energy.

• Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited has moved to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in the Resource Industry sector
• The Company received the Thailand Sustainability Investment 2020 (THSI Awards) from The Stock Exchange of Thailand considered for the 3rd consecutive year.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received the CSR–DIW CONTINUOUS AWARD for the year of 2020 in the field of community and society participation (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the Ministry of Industry.
• AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) has been certified for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems or ISO 45001:2018.
• The company received Thailand Energy Awards 2020 in the category of outstanding renewable energy awards type of project that is not connected to the power grid system (Off-Grid) from the Ministry of Energy.
• AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received Eco Social Value Factory at the Silver Award level from the Department of Industrial Works

Significant Changes in 2019

• AGE enter into a joint venture agreement with TRC Construction PLC and Appliance Technology Supplies Co., Ltd., establishing At Energy Solution Co., Ltd. This Company’s core businesses would be focused on energy affairs, and the provision and services regarding infrastructure with a registered capital of 300 million baht. The Company and TRC Construction PLC would each have a share ownership of 45 percent. Then in December 2019, Asia Green Energy PLC and TRC Construction PLC changed the proportion of share ownership to 49.99 percent each.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received the CSR–DIW CONTINUOUS AWARD for the year of 2019 in the field of community and society participation (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the Ministry of Industry considered for the 8th consecutive year.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary company) received a plaque and certificate confirming the upgrade and development of the industrial factories in the ecological industrial park areas from the Department of Industrial Works.
• The Company received the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI award) in the SET Awards 2019 from the Stock Exchange of Thailand considered for the 2nd consecutive year.

Significant Changes in 2018

• Asia green Energy PLC and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary) were honored with GREEN INDUSTRY 4 Awards 2018 from the Ministry of Industry for being certified as a Green Industry 4 of the Green Culture.
• The Company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary) were honored with CSR-DIW CONTINUOUS AWARDS 2018 from the Ministry of Industry in the Community and Social Responsibility category.
• The Company was honored in the SET Sustainability Awards 2018 host by the Stock Exchange of Thailand with the following awards:
  1. Rising Star Sustainability Award 2018 (Listed companies with outstanding performance in embracing sustainable business practice)
  2. Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) or Companies in Sustainability List for the year 2018.

• The company has bought a plot of undeveloped land with an approximate area of 153-3-55 rai for develop and expansion area to support the logistic services and business growth in Amphoe Nakhonluang, Ayutthaya.
• A.G.E. Transport Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, to establish a joint venture named Winner 789 Logistics Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht and a shareholding ratio of 70% held by A.G.E. Transport Co., Ltd. to operate a land transportation business to support the expansion of services in land transportation.
• AGE Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, to establish a subsidiary named AGE Marine Logistics Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 100,000,000 baht and a shareholding ratio of 100% to operate a marine transportation business. AGE Marine Logistics Co., Ltd.
• The Company established a subsidiary named VINA AGE Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 1,500,000 US dollar (49,918,099.25 Baht) and a shareholding ratio by AGE Global Trade Co., Ltd. of 99.33% to operate a coal importation and distribution in Vietnam.
• The Company was honored with the Thailand Coal Awards 2017 for the Community and Social Engagement category from the Department of Mineral Fuels, the Ministry of Energy. , was also honored with “CSR-DIW Award 2017” for the Community and Social Engagement category from the Ministry of Industry, and achievement in “Enhancement of Industrial Factory toward Development into Eco-Industrial Town” from the Department of Industrial Works.

• The company registered the founding of a subsidiary, AGE Global Trade Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 1,000,000 baht and in which the company has a share ratio of 100 percent, for foreign business investments. Later the aforementioned subsidiary registered capital increase from 1,000,000 baht to 30,000,000 baht with paid up capital at 20,140,000 baht
• Asia green energy PLC and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, received the CSR-DIW Award for 2016 from the Ministry of Industry and an honorable mention for outstanding port and warehouse pollution emission reduction from the governor of Ayutthaya.

• The company issued the 1st set of debentures totaling of 600,000,000 baht (six hundred baht) for investments in business expansion and increasing financial liquidity of the company and its subsidiaries.
• The company and AGE Terminal Co., Ltd. which was a subsidiary obtained the 2015 CSR-DIW Award and the Level 3 Green Industry Award from the Ministry of Industry.

• The Company registered and established a subsidiary named AGE Power Holding Company Limited with the registered capital of 30 million Baht for investing in other activities which operate the business of power and renewable energy plant. The Company holds 100% of shares.
• AGE Power Holding Company Limited which is the subsidiary of the Company agreed to purchase shares from the major shareholders of A Engineering Consultant Company Limited and holds 94% of shares.<
• AGE Power Holding Company Limited which is the subsidiary of the Company established 2 new subsidiaries, Sabayoi Green Power Company Limited and Trang Green Power Company Limited. Both companies have the registered capital of 1 million Baht and the subsidiaries of the Company hold 100% of shares.
• Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited and AGE Terminal Company Limited which is the subsidiary of the Company were granted the 2014 CSR-DIW award and Green Industry Awards – Level 3 by the Ministry of Industry.
• The Company issued and offered debentures within a limit of 1,000,000,000 Baht (One billion Baht only) for the investment, business expansion, and liquidity enhancement of the Company and its subsidiaries.

• AGE Terminal Company Limited, which is its subsidiary, was awarded the 2013 CSR-DIW for Beginner Award and Green Industry Awards – Level 2 by the Ministry of Industry.

• The Company was awarded the CSR DIW in Supply Chain Award, CSR DIW for Beginner Award and Green Industry Awards – Level 2 (Green Activity) by the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry.
• The Company increased the registered capital of AGE Terminal Company Limited, which is its subsidiary, from 90 million Baht to 132 million Baht with the paid-up capital of 100.50 million Baht.

• The Company was awarded the Best Small-Cap Company ranked by Finance Asia Magazine which reflected the achievement of its strategy, management, performances, transparency of data disclosure and business supervision under the good corporate governance. In addition, the Company was granted the Environmental Governance Certificate by the Ministry of Industry.
• The Company established the third warehouse and coal separation plant, including the port located at Mae La sub-district, Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, in order to expand the customer base to cover the Northern region, Northeast region and Upper-Central region of Thailand.
