With a view of complementing the coal trading and screening activity, VINA AGE has made substantial investments in cementing the stockpile area of 40,000 Sqm. enabling the storage capacity of over 200,000 MT, preventing coal from contamination and set up the close warehouse of 2,000 Sqm. equipped with high-efficiency coal screening machine enabling to serve domestic retail customers with high quality screened coal without seasoning effect especially during rainy season.

Not only to source coal from Indonesia, Russia, etc, The company also has a good relationship with the top coal miners in Indonesia and Russia, and also has a strong cargo supervising team to deal with daily vessel or barge loading operation to monitor and supervising for a smooth operations since the mining site, coal stockpile, loading operation at jetty, and reporting to the head office in a daily basis.

The VINA AGE Stockpile is located at Go Dau B IZ Port area, in Dong Nai Province, Ho Chi Minh City, and the location has an advantage, easy to connect to Industrial area and also the main power plant in Southern part of Vietnam. The company has over 40,000 square meters of stockpile and capable to storage coal up to 200,000 tons, made substantial investments in cementing the stockpile area, to reduce coal loss and prevent contamination of soil and water in the surrounding areas. It is the first concrete cement floor stockpile in Dong Nai Province, which the company applied the success model from AGE Thailand, where the company ranked as top Steam Coal Trader in Thailand.

VINA AGE Coal Screening plant built on the cement floor on the Go Dau stockpile with a full closed system, and it can produce high standard screening on size coal from 0-10mm, 10-30mm, 30-50/70mm or even 0-30mm coal with 24 hours/7 days, non-stop production even on the rainy season. The screening plant’s productivity can be reached 1,000mt/day to serve the retail customer without shortage on delivering. The coal screening plant uses high-standard and efficient machines to serve retail markets with high-quality coals. And operates under a closed system to decrease the pollution from production and to prevent the environmental effects to neighboring communities.

The Products of the company passed strict quality control at all of the production process with the laboratory for testing and analysis with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Material) is a test method that covers the analysis of values such as Proximate Analysis (moisture ash volatile matter fixed carbon) and thermal analysis ( Gross calorific value) to ensure the customers that the company will deliver good quality coal to customers.
